funds to help save the Oinkin’ Acres Farmstead,
owned by US Army veteran, medic, Tactical Response

Hebrew Hogger, Eli Miller. In early 2016, Eli was
involved in a lawful self-defense situation and his
legal defense has caused enormous financial distress.

Notice at the two second mark, 0:02 / 3:45,
you will see Mr. Adam Painchaud, Director,
Sig Sauer Academy pull his concealment garment
up out of the way and then move his hand down
to establish a grip on the pistol.
We teach to stick your thumb under the
concealment garment and raise it just high
enough to get your hand on top of the pistol
to establish a high tight grip. Present
to close contact and fire. This results in
shooting through your concealment garment.
But, as it requires less movement, is faster.
I know a police armorer who tosses his
pistols into a 5 gallon plastic bucket of WD-40
overnight before cleaning them. You can get the
same effect with a zip lock bag and a few ounces
of WD-40. He also uses an ultra sonic cleaner.
Those things are very expensive. I've gotten
equivalent results with a dish washer. Dish
washers are great for cleaning fencing masks,
kitchen sponges, and all kinds of things you
can't put in the laundry washing machine.

"Plaintiff Tab Bonidy, who has a concealed-carry
permit under Colorado law, sued the United
States Postal Service (USPS) challenging
39 C.F.R. § 232.1 (l), which prohibits the
storage and carriage of firearms on USPS
property. Bonidy claims the regulation is
unconstitutional as applied to him because it
violates his Second Amendment right to
(1) bring his gun into the United States Post
Office building in Avon, Colorado, and
(2) store the gun in the post office parking
lot while he picks up his mail."
The above is taken directly from a recent
10th Circuit Court of Appeals decision and is
a more concise setup than I could write.
Bonidy's challenge resulted in a District Court
decision that the statute cited above is
constitutional insofar as it makes illegal
the carrying of firearms for personal defense
INTO a Post Office, but is UNconstitutional
when it outlaws simply having a firearm in the
Post Office parking lot.
The feds appealed, and the 10th Circuit
decided that that part of the District Court's
decision regarding possession on USPS property
was wrong and it IS illegal to have a firearm
INSIDE YOUR CAR.
The SCOTUS decided not to hear Bonidy's
appeal (because Justice Scalia is dead and so
could not vote to hear the case), in effect
engraving the 10th Circuit Court Of Appeals
decision in stone.
